Addressing the Urgent Needs of the Horsemen in the State of Illinois
A Wide Range Of
Health Services
Health services are provided to all eligible employees and their families. Focus is to provide a comprehensive “family practice”. A bi-lingual medical professional is present daily Monday through Friday. Bi-lingual medical team works closely with patients when treatment is obtained in office or off track (hospitals, public health clinics). Communication and follow-up is a priority especially with the highly transient racetrack population.
RICF
Dental Services
Comprehensive dentistry programs and services include preventive and corrective work along with bi-lingual educational programs.
RICF dental program ensures that adults and children receive a quality service that they would not otherwise receive.
A wide range of preventative and restorative dental services are offered.
Dental care for children includes home care, cleaning, fluoride treatments and sealants. These treatments are stressed to give the children a positive start towards healthy adulthood dental care.
Current
News and Services
Flu vaccine for licensed race track workers is available at all RICF clinics.
Cold and flu season is here! Hand washing is the easiest and most important aspect of prevention. Persons should wash their hands for 15-30 seconds, which is the equivalent of singing the ABCs. If you have a cold it is important to cover your mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, and wash your hands frequently to help prevent spreading the virus.
Make a Donation
